Livestream 3 – Workflow Process

This Friday’s Livestream is all about workflow. Oftentimes, as a business leader has an idea in their head about the steps it takes to complete a project. At the same time, there could be more than a dozen people involved in the task. The problem is, that process, the pieces of the puzzle, can be locked inside the leader’s head. Creating a workflow lays out the steps for everyone to see. That way, people can be motivated by knowing there are team members that can’t do what they need to until certain steps have been completed. Even if you don’t have a large team yet, putting in place the workflow is beneficial for when you’re ready to expand. Take a listen to this week’s livestream to hear more about Jillian’s experience with laying out a course of action!
